Since its inauguration in 1999, the International Conference on Teacher Education (ICTED) remains a premiere venue for academic discussions on education research and innovations. After 25 years of trailblazing editions, the University of the Philippines College of Education brings you back to the 11th ICTED on 13-15 November 2024, at the Iloilo Convention Center in Iloilo City, Philippines, and online.
This year’s conference theme is “Preparing Teachers for Education 5.0 Toward Sustainable Futures: Thrusts, Challenges, and Praxis”. The conference aims to highlight the vital role of teachers in every education institution worldwide, whether in basic or higher education, and their direct contribution to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). It also equally considers the significance of technological advancements in the post-pandemic era that changed various education practices and challenged the status quo.
